It's possible to do better in terms of long-term potential, which I suspect you know, but that guy will be very good in the next few seasons and could well still make Pro/WL

If your budget can stretch to 2 guards you could always start your second one now though.
He has a great base. 87 strength at that level is good. Blocking should be worked on, and agility afterwards.
Vision and confidence should be trained. That or agility/vision. After agility, I'd cap confidence next. Once you've got vision and confidence to where you want them via training, start on speed/stamina. Don't waste points in speed that you could train in to it. Remember, speed doesn't have any level acruing benefits.
Your going to have a strong G come the end of his build.
