If you have any, cap strength since you will be able to get it to 49.
It looks like you are trying to build a balanced TE, so build up your majors as quickly as you can. You are way behind the curve though and will easily be about a season behind once you hit level 25 since you aren't seeing very many level gains on your attributes.
Don't touch stamina anymore. vision, strength, catching, blocking are what you should focus on capping at whatever level you want to bring it to. Then work on speed and agility, then last stamina and confidence.
He is so young, I would probably recommend retiring him and starting over, you will see better results from about his 3rd or 4th season on.
