This past season was great from a production stand point, but what is the general consensus on going forward? When do you retire and start over... what's the pro/con of doing so?

Regarding the overall build of this LB... thoughts?

Not to hot. He will produce at a low lvl though. Get agi up and str/tkl and maybe he could play some ILB.

He will struggle if you are forced into AA. I think you can retire him without feeling like you're leaving anything undone.

Way too much stamina. Almost second capped at that level and higher than vision? Not a good build move. It should be around what confidence is. And the fact that it is the same as your agility is very bad. I'd retire him.

When you start on a LB next time, go for agility, vision and speed first (depends on position as a MLB is strength, agility, tackling).
