Build has never produced big numbers although most of career has been a back up. Will 20 more skill points make a difference in performance or am I just wasting flex?

Too much of a gap between Speed and Agility for my taste, especially since he doesn't have enough Quick Cut to close that gap. I'd move a piece of EQ from Speed to Agility so he can get open a bit more often. Good CB's at that level will have 80-85 Agility so it's no wonder that he doesn't get a lot of targets. Throw some SP at QC or get an AEQ piece with QC to give your QB another option to throw to.

He'll never get separation with only 110 speed. What will improve that build the most is more strength, carrying and spin.

Thanks for the comments guys. I was making it up as I went the entire time and have a better idea of how to build a better one if I'm ever feeling crazy enough to spend the flex on another wr.
