As title says.

Basically, was a slow-build LB on a team that never worked out [unfortunately the owner couldn't spend the time he needed to or get active GMs]. I always quite liked the LB build and he did arguably the best [or at least top 2] among the LBs, fairly low missed tackles etc.

He has 3 boosts still for this season [wasn't gunna waste flex when I knew I was going to leave team].

Do I just retire him and start a fresh or see if i can find a good team who will give him a [starting?] spot?

Wow, bad advice. You actually have 4 seasons left in your player. Put all 15 SP from your 3 boost into Vision. You can finish 3rd capping it at the start of next season w/ your 3 boost next season. Then put 3 SP into Jumping to get it to 40. That way you can get Ballhawk VA. Put the remaining SP from your boost into strength. Then work on getting strength/tackling to 3rd cap for the next couple seasons. Place the 4 LV 48 eq into Speed to bring it to 97. Find you a couple SV AEQ, and you'll be set. When you hit LV 56 put those eq upgrades into speed to bring to about 103 or so. Definatly not a bad build, and I don't think you'll have trouble finding a home.

I like the build. Equip is good. I'd take spd to 74 cap. Then vis to 68 then str up then tkl.

I would do speed and vision before jumping. My guess is you'll get a spot at ROLB, and ballhawk isn't as important for that as it is on the weak side. I'd train strength and tackling up to >90% between now and the end of next season, at which point you can third cap either strength or tackling, or soft cap jumping if you are playing LOLB.
