Is it possible to have too much agility for a DE? I am at 107. Should I focus on speed with SP's now or keep building up agility?

Its too high if it encumbers a fully developed build. I'm at 110 set to evasive tactics, and with a %33 Break Block modifier and +15 in Technique man taking it that high has helped significantly in getting past the O-Line. We'd have to see your build/level to see if you went to 1-dimensional. You always need a baseline primary attributes.
