I am currently working on a WR that I am hoping to have 120 speed, 80 agility, 60 jumping, and 68 catching. My plan has been to take vision to 60, but is that enough? Obviosuly I'd prefer to spend my SP's elsewhere if 60 is enough, but would I be better to take him to 68?

At what point does vision become overkill?

It depends. If you want him to be able to Juke, Spin and Head Fake effectively, you'll want higher vision and carrying. If not, 60 should be fine.

Is vision that important for Spin? I have been under the impression that agility/carrying is the main factor for it.

Really, only Bort knows for sure, but he was asked a question about how those 3 SAs worked in the past and he said that Vision and Carrying were important to them. I took it to mean that they were both important to all 3, but that may be wrong.

I think I read somewhere (and this could be totally false information I received) that WRs' vision plays into the likelihood of QBs throwing to you? And that, therefor, it can be detrimental to getting vision too high? Anybody have any information on this?

I've never heard that before.

All I know is you have to see the ball in order to catch it

That's deep.

More to your statement, at what point is a level 60 WR able to "see" the ball in order to catch it? 60? 68? 75?

I'm a fan of vision. I would recommend 68 vision, especially for a speedster.

Bort said vision for juke and HF during route and vision/carrying post catch. Not sure on spin, I'd assume carrying/agility/and str?

14 vision can "see" the ball just fine...

Part of that was that you had to be able to see the right time to do the Spin, Power Through ect.

Vision helps you catch the ball in stride.
