Where should I go from here, and am I doing okay so far?

Im looking for a speed receiver down the road, but for now just trying to keep him balanced.

Yes, wait untill about LVL 30 or higher to do anything more with SA's. Focus your EQ on one attribute like speed or agility. Don't spread them out. Agility, speed catching is what to focus on for training.

Don't get any SAs for a WR until 50ish imo if you're boosting regularly

Im glad it is early enough. Ill just work on speed and agility with an occasional catching.

To be honest, I think it's early enough to just retire and start over. Don't put sp's in sa's till way late in the build. Decide what kind of wr you want to make and find a good bulid guide for that kind of wr.

Retire and start over. The first seasons are crucial when building all dots due to auto level gains. A good start would be to not assign skill points right away. Train speed/agility (on intense) until you have enough skill points to cap speed at 48. Keep adding skill points in speed until you are satisfied. I stop at 70 but some people like to take it higher. Then start putting points into agility. Put all equipment into speed. This should get you off to a good start.

+1 You haven't put very much time into him yet. Retire, read the Wiki, and start a new one.
