Umm, he's #1 right now?

Props to Joey Rossman at #4 O MVP and Les Drew at #2 D MVP (he's been top 3 for about 5 seasons)

He won it in the east.

And to go even farther than that, I think he would get "League MVP" pretty easily.

That coming from the guy who won it in the west, mind you. ^_^

Jamal Lewis lost his today as well for being in a blowout game. Rediculous, not that the other two arent great, but almost 3,100 yards rushing and 56 TD's. By far the best HB in the West imo

He's #2 in Conference O rank which means.... he didn't win the MVP.

Also... its looks like your QB finished 3rd.... turns out Jamall Lewis of KCG took the MVP after running for 11 TD's and 500 yard in the finale.

Before todays game he was #1 already. So it changed for a bit then, but now hasnt updated? Cause his conference O RANK says he is #1

It doesn't take games like that into effect.

You were first going into today.... just from the CPL front page which hasn't updated.

The awards page which tells you your Conf O Rank is reflective of what the MVP race is and it will be updated tomorrow on the CPL front page.

The MVP has always been a joke. No doubt Moser deserved to win, hence the exact reason he didn't.

Our kicker, Jerome Michaels, was in 1st place headed into today's games. He finished in 4th. The winner, a punter on a 3-13 team who averaged just 40 yards per punt. I don't fault him or his agent, just the system that decides who is and/or isn't an MVP. Michaels was 36/37 on FG attempts, including 9/9 beyond 50 yards. He made 144/147 extra points and accounted for 252 points. Only Nathan Boomfoot scored more (256), but had a lower FG% and XP%.

Check out the Western Conference punting averages...the Special Teams MVP had the 11th highest average.

Sorry if I hijacked the thread...certainly complaining about the ST MVP isn't the same, just trying to illustrate how ridiculous the MVP calculation/formula is.

Good luck Queen City - hope you guys make it to 20-0. (Maybe 19-1 )

I thought MVP calculations had been redone or was that just talk?
