ROLB2

ROLB1--Fastest guy here for blitzing--can give away some vision here
ROLB2--Fast guy with decent strength
MLB1--Strongest/Best Tackler--can give away some speed here
MLB2--same as above
LOLB1--Highest Vision for TE coverage--can give away some strength here
LOLB2--Good vision with a decent strength.

This is very general, and it all depends on your personnel. There are lots of ways to set them up, but this gets pretty good PTto everyone. Remeber to use your custom slots to give your ROLBs and LOLBs plays if your opponent does a lot of 3 and 5 wide.

Of course you only need the LI and RI slots if you go 3-4, but I like to mix in a little of that to help off-set the loss of plays from going nickel.

If you are more concerned with playing time than perfect performance, you can get your ROLBs some snaps at SS if you face a lot of 3 wide also.

Best LB should be the LOLB imo...He needs to be a solid run-stopper and a solid cover guy. You could make a case for the MLB since he plays on every defensive package but id stick my best all-around guy at LOLB for sure.
