I want to make the best possible Kicker for Pee-Wee, but keep in mind that this player will be retired at the end of every season, so probably not wise to follow the standard builds.

In S12, I took Kicking to 2nd cap while training Vision/Confidence and extra points went into Strength. He was very accurate, but couldn't make any long FG's and his kickoffs were pretty short until later in the season when his Strength got to a decent level.

In S13, I took Kicking to the 1st cap, then brought Strength to the 1st cap, all while training Vision/Confidence. While this kicker can hit longer FG's and his kickoffs are nice and deep, but his FG accuracy is down, but that could be due to going for long FG's more often.

What is the recommended build for a Pee-Wee only kicker?

There really isn't just "one" build, it completely depends on which kind of kicker you want. You can have a fairly reliable kicker who lacks distance or an erratic one who has a chance at longer kicks. The fact that you can only play there for one season makes it impossible to do both, so your offensive coordinator should pick a style that they are comfortable with and you should go with it.

How important is Confidence at this level? Could you get away with minimal Confidence and just Normal train Vision and Strength since there is no Vision/Strength combo?

yeah you can get away with low confidence, as in, you're not gonna treat it like a major. what i would honestly do is cap kicking ASAP, then throw everything you've learned out the window - start putting SP into strength while training vision/confidence on intense, eventually put some SP in vision, and don't stop until you retire him. seems like the best option IMO

1)roll 25 kicking with 16 strength, go max weight max height for +2 to strength/jumping/vision. assign all initial 15 SP to kicking to bring it to 40. train vision/confidence on intense during the offseason & preseason. for the first game of the season you should have 18 strength 17 vision 15 confidence 40 kicking with 9 bonus tokens already saved up.

2)after capping kicking at level 3 you cap strength at level 9 (day 25). after that, I'd start plugging SP into vision while training stamina/confidence on intense (or just stamina alone - you are starting with 4 stamina after all, LOL). at level 9 you have 48.36 strength 26.36 vision 27 confidence and 55 kicking, and you'd have earned 19 bonus tokens by now (i'm not including the SP earned from BTs in the build plan). first day of the playoffs, BOOSTING DAY, day 33, you are level 13 and have 49.04 strength 48.04 vision 32 confidence 59 kicking 5 stamina. train stamina for a few more points during the rest of the playoffs.

3)????

4)profit

With that low of Stamia, his kickoff distance and FG range will be greatly reduced in the 2nd half on any high scoring game. However, I think I can adapt your idea to work without totally gimping stamina. Thanks!
