Some of those could have been taken a lot higher early on. Namely speed, strength, agility and vision. I'm assuming he's an OLB.

Also, he's fine. Don't worry about the 5/10 rating. LBs gain attributes naturally VERY slowly, so by not maximizing his level-up gains, you don't lose anywhere near as much as you would on most other positions.
