75 vision will hurt him in the long run, but he's still worth keeping, imo.
Just need to get agility to 68, then work on strength & tackling.
Train blocking when it's viable, then cap it and he'll be a viable option for going both ways. (Like ur mom lulz)

Hmm, vision still at 99%, was gonna take to 78(cost 5 sp) after I get agility to 3-1.... The team he is being built for he will have 7 other guys on the field just as fast as him, so the only real goal was for him to be fast as hell, pass the vision checks, and make plays.. The occasional missed tackle won't bother me.

SP that could have been placed in agility, tackling, strength etc. Not a big deal, though. Like you said, the saying "Speed Kills" will never stop being true for ST.

I know.... What builds are you seeing that makes you think less than 77 natural vision for a fs is good??

The title would lead me to believe that he's a special teamer. If he's playing FS, indeed 77 vision is not enough.

He should easily surpass my FS. I was pretty close to where I would want to be. I'd do it a little differently next time, but I'm pretty happy with the build as it is:
