Here's the deal. I have been around GLB since season 1, I have done plenty of work as both an offensive and defensive coordinator although I am better known for more things on the defensive side of the ball. That being said, I'm interested in getting back into the OC game here...I took a couple seasons off but I've gotten back into things here and am already doing a little bit of defensive work.
Here's what you get from me:
1. Very Active - Will post a gameplan in the forums before every game, will put together a new gameplan for every game.
2. Knowledgeable - I know how offenses work and just as importantly, I know how defenses work and I know how to attack teams based on how they play
3. Experience - I have been around. I have OC'd teams from the lowest to the highest levels and can work with what I'm given. I'm not a miracle worker or anything so don't expect anything like that, but I will do my best to maximize the talent I'm given.
What I'm looking for:
1. Active Owner - I want to work with someone who is actively going to be working with me.
2. Active Team - I don't much like posting gameplans for players who don't care about following them or getting set for them anyway.
