Anybody who sees anything we are or are not doing at CEP right now, please PM me.

I am ready to quit GLB at this point if we dont improve soon. Builds are solid and are on par with several other teams I have seen. Offense has been changed ALOT, but still no results.

I am asking for help, not smartassed remarks

I hear ya man, I think some of us got the team wide anti-X-factor this season.

This is not to be a joker.

Can you send us a scrim and we can see where we both are struggling as mediocre teams.

WE give up 200+ yards passing one game and then 200 yards rushing the next.
Focus to much on defense and offense stumbles and vice versa.

IMO right now: Team that controls time of possession is getting W's/

Fucking Gold imo has the best agents and coordinators in all of GLB.

Let's do friendly, we might outlevel you right now. so send it when your comfortable. It does not have to be an "R"
We can set it up for mainly passing or running. Whatever you want to focus on. We would like to do the same.

I don't need to scrimmage you to tell you why your offense is under performing. Just looking at your last two games (I am sure if I dig deeper same results) yoru running very low percentage plays. Your top play the last two games has been the Weakside pitch. I hate that play. It has a very low percentage of being successful and even when it is your lucky to gain 4 yards off of it. Also your lone QB rollouts is the strong I rollout. This is another play that in not very successful. Your second most used play is teh SB pitch Right. This play sucks if the defense has a blitzer near Cb#2. This play is only good when the WR has one on one coverage and the Lbs are stacked inside. Being how its a single back play most teams play 3 Cbs so you would probably face a LOLB and a MLB. The only time to use that is if they are nestled on the line of scrimmage and the WR can take on the CB one on one. Most gold teams play this formation correctly so this play is almost useless. Another play that I dislike a lot is the Weakside handoff from the I formation. This play has fail written all over it. I think the FB blocking on this play sucks. The only reason why it works on the other side is the TE helps pick up the slack from what the FB missess. Also looking at the last two games you have zero receiving threat. Your most used play is a play from yesteryear. Yoru trying to throw a WR screen? That play was onl;y good back when we had 8 leagues. Yoru not stretching any defenses with the play calling. You need to have a corner threat from your Wrs in order to run Pitches in which your failing at as well. Its mostly because a defense has no serious threat from you guys airing it out. Your HB passes are good plays though. That will keep the Lbs honest from blitzing up the gut. You have a good team on offense, just need to plug in the right set of lights. Hope that helps.

Scout yourself and see what plays are working and which ones aren't. If you are trying to pass the ball, you can't do max coverage because they will eat your WRs alive. Also if you are trying to pass, you need to have some agility on your blockers to hold off the blitz.

Check your stamina to make sure that your players have their energy settings done correctly.

Run some high percentage plays a bit more often. Find out what is working and maybe make a top five running plays and top five passing plays package. Have this input into your AI to fire say 20% of the time each on first down so that you aren't playing from behind on second down.

I'm not going to watch games or go into more detail because I have some new tricks up my sleeve this year that I haven't seen anyone else using yet, and I'd kind of like to keep it that way.

*that loss today just made that end of season game between the Short Bus and CC alot more interesting.
