Whats the highest BT % you can roll?

I have +3% BTand a
+3 vision +2% BT

Is there a base +5% bt?

yes

5% is the highest.

i have two aeqs on my power back. one is +Power Through, the other is +Break tackle (base 5%). I just rolled another break tackle 5% piece. If i replace the power thru piece with the BT piece it would take me 18 SPs to keep my power thru where it is right now.

Is it worth it?
