His production is falling off as D's have got quicker. How should I convert him?

Is this possible or have I invested too much in Speed & Agility early on? I'd like to have a build like this eventually.

Your speed and agility are fine, he'll just have to suffer a bit until you can round him out.

Unfortunately, it is just the current state of the sim.

Don't worry, speed backs will be back. Have alittle faith, I'm keeping a speed/elusive and a powerback,and I taking them both to the extreme. Speedback to 130/80/68/60-speed/agility/carry/str. Spin and a 5% fake piece. Powerback 100/80/68/70,str/speed/agility/carry, 2 5% break tackle pieces
