The projector was six-for-eight in the East and just five-for eight in the West for Week 9's games. The Muskrats & Hillbillies both pulled of close upsets...defying nearly a four touchdown spread in each case. In the West...Nebraska, Kansas City, & Tadoussac each had convincing wins in the face of double-digit spreads. With the season more than half over, quite a few teams still have a very good shot at the playoffs. In the West there are seven teams with either 5-4 or 4-5 records...each trying to grab up one of four likely playoff spots available.
