Unless something interesting happens in WL, looks like all three will be returning to USAPL next year. That will leave Choco Blaze, Hounds, Navs and HHW if the Hounds and HHW continue in their current slots, plus two teams from USAPL (Czech and DLDT are my best guesses). I think this is the first season that we will actually decrease in numbers in WL.
I would not be surprised if one of those three teams has a hot run and makes the playoffs. But probably only one of the three.

Alpine and MEM are a whole 2 games out. I don't see both, and maybe not even 1 of them coming back down.

I hope so, was looking at MEM's schedule thus far and it is brutal. Both have the ability. Anyone know what the shockers long term plans are?

Cincy isn't the same team as in the past, they are likely out already
Alpine is still a solid team, they just got a lot of tough breaks in close games, problem is they are likely out b.c of this
MEM is not as EVIL as in the past, but still have talent on the roster, tough schedule but they are the team with the best chance of the 3 imo/

I am surprised at Cincy. From posts in the US Forum through the seasons, I was under the impression that they had their next generation of players ready to go once the Season 1ers were done.
Maybe they just left too large a gap between the originals and the replacements.

Because the top 5 in alpha are so head and shoulders above the rest of the conference, all teams 6-16 have a guaranteed 5 losses on their record. 7 or 8 wins will probably find a way to sneak into the 8th seed depending on tiebreakers
The difference between the haves and have nots this season seems to be pretty great. Not sure exactly what it is as i haven't had too much time this season to watch film

Ya, the top in the Alpha is ridiculous this season. I'm not sure how good MoD or Dakar is in the other side but right now I'd say they are the only two with a shot at winning (I don't see it in Lincoln after having played them and Valhalla)

MoD is really good. I'm not sure about dakar but MoD is for real. Lincoln i don't think is quite as dominant as some of the other top teams but they're still in the top 8

Yeah Lincoln is very good, especially their offense, but the defense isn't quite up to par to group them with the top tier. A few teams are just in their own class this season, playing some amazing dotball.

I took over the D for Lincoln a couple games ago - we'll see if it makes a difference. So far it has, but we still have to play some very good teams.
