I would actually train jumping with stamina for now.

Vision to 68 has to be your first priority, SP-wise.

This. I'd continue to train stamina+jumping for A LONG time...until jumping is soft capped.

Personally, I'd go a step further and keep dumping all SPs into Vision until 74 cap, then turn attention to jumping if it hasn't been soft capped by training yet (sorry, too lazy to do the math to see what will happen first).
