Pee Wee is the greatest rush you'll ever see. It has nothing to do with how high level your guys is. Or if your team recruits a guy higher level than you. It is about having 55 players who play as one as level 1s. It's about playing smarter, not harder. You can face the best agents in all of GLB and compete by just having a solid build and some care for your players. There is no rush like when your player wins a clutch game vs one of the best teams at this level, I want my agents to feel that rush, and I want them to feel that now not in 7 seasons.

I'm currently recruiting great agents for s14. I have a lot of spots open right now, and I would love to have you if you can live up to my standards. I'd like you to commit to 2 or more players if possible.

My standards...

1) Active Agents. Logs on and tries to post on the forums each day. Trains his players, cares for his players.

2) Buys their players C/E and is willing to boost when asked. Also willing to temp boost and train early before a game. (sometimes you will level up right before a 10am game and need to assign points and train before that.)

3) Agents committed to learning and winning. GLB is constantly changing and you must be willing to learn to keep up. I want smart agents who understand the basics of the game, or are passionate and willing to learn. Everybody is constantly learning.

4) Being willing to take criticism is a must. We will question why you do something for the good of the team.

5) I will check your build before I sign you on day 41, if I don't like it I will make you reroll. Maybe multiple times.

6) No SLOW builders. We want people that cap their primary stats and train intense (5 points).

7) Agents willing to log on almost daily, and will post on the forums often.

What you get....

1) An organization focused on winning. We have a great record right now and plan to finish strong. (I don't want to post our record here, but feel feel to pm or just look at my team.) We also already have some awesome new agents that will make us even stronger.

2) A super active forum. We currently have 43 active threads from this season. And I've deleted about 30 so people don't have to go to page 2. All threads were deleted when I took ownership of the team. We also have a private forum as well.

3) An owner who cares about you and your players.

4) Money is meaningless. All EQ is bought with our money first. If you plan on keeping your players, I promise 100,000 dollars or more for each of your players that doesn't suck and lives up to my standards. I will resign your contract in the early stages of the preseason to do this. Unless they nerf that to the EQ fund as well.

5) I test our team by playing the best. I've challenged the best teams out there to grow and become a better team. I've entered us into the Air Attack tourney, the copper tourney, and the official Pee Wee Tourney.

6) An almost full boost and C/E team. Why would I recruit a player that doesn't boost or C/E when I could easily make their player myself?

7) I make all my agents lol GMs. Meaning you get the Gm credit when we win trophies. I also listen to what my agents say. My agents are the heart and soul of my team, and I will do anything for them. (Even cybers if you claim to be a hot chick.)

Honestly we have most spots filled, but are looking for 2-3 agents to help fill us out.

and you can't renegotiate contracts to give them more cash

Actually you can, pre-exp time. So before you play a game you will have 100k+ in your account. Most of my agents are retiring their guys, so it shouldn't be a problem. Or I'll get you a lot of eq money. btw ty for the bumps.
