Build is not open but i have strength, speed and agility all at 79.06 naturally and was wondering if i should take all 3 past 80 natural. Any comments would be appreciated.

No, that's cost prohibitive. If they're at 79, I'd leave them there. You'll need a lot of SP for SA, and a few SP for rounding out his build.
