I am looking for more EXPERIENCED GM's to help my team reach gold over the next season or two. I alone run my offense and defense, but I use my GM's as sounding boards for my ideas and tactics, and ask them to review those tactics from time to time as well. I value any input any of my GM's are willing to offer as this is only my 2nd season running this team.
I also want GM's who would be willing to scout the defense of the harder teams we face about once every 3-4 games and recommend offensive tactics that will best exploit any weaknesses they discover. Only titles I am willing to give are GM or Assistant OC and you can choose which title you prefer.
I am a very active owner and am in almost every tourney possible, so my team plays a lot of games against good teams, which is why we need more help. I do cut inactive coaches and had to do that recently, which is also why I need more GM's at this point.
