well last team i was i wasn't able to and he just let his friends on the team and they were level 6 in level 14 and they werent even slowbuilds

on a level 14 team - who cares?

you gotta establish relationships with people before they just hand over duties to you. there not going to give someone powers that could mess with their team. you should probably start as an asst coordinator or recruiter then work your way up.

I would be willing to give you a chance on my team, but you wont get the ability with signing players or trading.
