I am doing this for fun, if you don't like it, well state so, so we can all laugh when your wrong. Feel free to laugh at me to, I don't care, lol
#1 Parma Panthers vs #4 Italian Stallions
I like the Stallions this week and here's why, they have a cool name. But on to actual dotball, Panthers little QB may have a great build but throwing 3 INTs and getting sacked 3 times in a 59-10 win doesn't look to good for him. So after playing a gut job and a less than impressive Vols squad, this is where their winning streak stops. The Stallions feature an offense that averages over 5 on the ground and 12 throw the air, that's going to be hard to stop by this team. The Stallions defense isn't as potent as the offense but should still have a field day against the Panters.
#2 The Drunken Potato Farmers of Ayrshire vs #8 Naples Purple Nurples
Purple has got some issues on the defensive side of the ball, but they are solid and deep with a mix of youth and veterans. But Ayrshire just looks to be playing better ball right now, but have their own weaknesses that may or may not have been exposed yet. So in a close game, Ayrshire steals this one.
#3 Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks vs #9 Graz Grizzlies
I ain't giving no ammunition to be used against me later, so let's just say I can't pick against my own team.
#5 Boston Punks vs #11 Burnt Orange Rising
Sorry BOR, but I think the veteran team takes it to you guys this week. Although the Punks defense is suspect, BJA will be a handful for your defense to shut down. And since your not leaning on Ricky as much as you used to, maybe its time to 'UNLEASH THE HOUNDS' on a better team to try to catch them off guard? But I say the Punks by at least a couple of scores.
#6 Athenian Demigods vs #13 Fareham Demons
The Demigods coming off a big win over the Naples should be feeling pretty damn good heading into this one. Maybe not a dominate team overall but still on the good side. The Demons however just haven't shown anything except they can keep it close, they have to step up on both sides of the ball to have a shot at anything in this league.
#7 E-City Mercenaries vs #10 FootballForum Fighting Danes
E-city looks like a great team, losing close ones to some very good teams recently. The Danes just don't seem to be trying as hard as I remember them doing back in the day, barely squeaking out a win against Druids, who aren't looking great. E-city takes this one, maybe its closer than I think but I am not sure it will be.
#12 Hattgenstein Volunteers vs #14 Windsor Nobles
This game has all the looks of a Colts/NO shootout with the defenses waiting on the sidelines. Both have given up over 45 points, even in the Vols only win they gave up 47. So unless one of these defenses step up, its going to be a very high scoring game and may come down to who has the ball last. I am going with Windor just because there is a chance the Vols offense doesn't show up.
#15 Dublin Druids vs #16 London Underground
The Druids may not have an offense but London doesn't appear to have a defense, so they might fight this one out on ST's. Its never good to have your P as the #1 player threat. This one is hard to predict as both or one of these teams could throw caution to the wind and completely change up both sides of the ball with really nothing to lose. I am going to have to say the Druids but really could go either way.
