i'm running out of money because i'm stuck on a cpu team. once i get a little cash flow, i can upgrade his equipment which will give him 4 more speed. so this guy is just about to grow quite a bit, get him while he's hot, and get him while he'll accept anything (because anything is better than $10,000/year)
