train longer than usual for SSB, 35 as a minimum before distributing sp
if you're doing agility, start with high agility, low speed
train speed/agility until agility is where you want it
distribute, and continue on agility/speed until agility is where you want it, using SP on speed to reach caps as they become affordable
switch training to strength/carrying
get them both to 35+, stamina/confidence is next or vision/jumping or vision/catching depending on whether you'll play soon or not, and whether or not you want to split focus into catching
