Swag Bucks is a very reliable "paid to search" site that offers many ways (beyond searching) to earn "SwagBucks" which can earn you prizes (including gift cards, books, memorabilia, and CDs/DVDs). I am very active in it, and I just donated 35 of my hard earned Swagbucks towards their Holiday Toy Drive.

does it have paypal cashout?

not paypal, however it takes a certain amount of points to "buy" various things, my favorite being the Amazon Gift Cards.. which can be used really for anything that Paypal would get you, except maybe flex and the like.
