overkill IMO. With 1 piece you can get SV up to ~12 without spending many (12) skill points. Unless your goal is to take SV up to 16 or higher, you're better off finding a second piece of aEQ that helps another skill out.

Use one SV piece and get a SDC piece as your second piece.
