Good agent, will TRY to boost, can't guarantee with busy personal life, so ideally a team that is full of people that can boost when possible but not req'd.
Most my players builds I feel are better builds (bar wise) than some that are 2,3 or even sometimes 4 levels above them.
All I'd ask is for a team with an owner really, that doesn't neglect its players and pays EQ funds etc... and an owner who realises that its not always the higher the level, the better the player.
I'm not a GLB Diva, but if theres a better build on a lower level, and even statistics are more with lesser plays than the starter surely it benefits not only the player/agent but the team as a whole to use whichever methods are best to win.
Individual success doesn't come unless theres a team success, so first and foremost whatever I do or expect will be for the better of the team, so we can all benefit individually.
