So I have made 2 LBs and I haven't gotten one before. Judging from forum I see that speed is mostly boosted by equipment. Take a look at my 2 linebackers and please tell me how to level them successfully. I also boost them every season.
Also what to train?

Unfortunately you screwed up a bit already. You should pick either speed/agility, agility/vision, or strength/tackling, and train that until one of the pair is up to 28, without switching. The first one is better for strength/tackling although I don't like his size for that combo. I don't know maybe his size will mitigate lower speed and agility...but it's hard to give a great recommendation. What are you hoping to achieve with these guys?

Well I am really new to this stuff. My main goal is to make them as good as possible. Thought making 1 for pass intercepting/blocking and other for the running. Well it's only the beginning so I can still correct my mistakes.

My LBs are doing good even though in CPU teams. Last game 1st LB had about 10 less plays but twice as more tackles and none of the LBs has had a miss tackle and always ranked first.

tbh you can't really "correct" mistakes. but you can make the most of what you have. I'd train up speed and agility on the guy that has the highest (24 with eq) speed and then when speed is trained up to 28, put 20 SP into it, in other words you need to save up your SP until level 5. after that switch to vision and confidence and train until vision goes up 1 point, then switch to strength and tackling and train that up until day 30 or so. at that point you may want to switch to training on normal, and consider training vision up another point. for the other guy i'd train strength and tackling up to 25, then switch to speed and agility to 25.

i'd retire both players at the end of this season and start over with a new guy at that point.

honestly with how low the gains LB's receive it isnt a big problem to salvage builds(given they're not complete crap)
however that being said the fact that you boosted them already is a big problem. i'd probably recommend starting over also because you wasted alot of gains(albeit small) by boosting at the beg. of the season
