i got 2 level 25 HB one speed and the other strength. i am wanting idea where i should place the 130 sill points there each have

To tell you the truth you might want to start over. You have missed out on almost all of your good natural lvl gains by holding onto your sp's. You should use your sp's when you can cap something. I'm sure someone else will be able to explain better why this wasn't a good idea.
