Take it with a bit of a grain of salt, some teams may be in the middle of boosting, but eh, at least it got done

All of our players are well over 440 days, so you can probably knock a couple of levels off ours realistically.

To be honest, I take a well built level 65 over a well build level 60 any day, so yes, they mean something, just not everything
