I'm trying to start a QB and i need help on how i should start my cap thing. Please help

Train throwing/strength first and cap throwing whenever you can.

how do you work on rushing??

I'd go throwing/vision first. Either way, throwing is the general consensus on which to cap first.

get vision up to 61 first and youll never have to touch it again

depends on what type of QB you want... if you want a QB who can make all the throws i would train throwing/vision first then as soon as you can cap throwing at 48 do so and move on to training vision/conf and take throwing to 73 once this is done take vision to 68 whilst training conf/stamina after vision is at 68 train strength(shop for some AEQ here) and take conf to 68 then train speed/agility(might want to trow some carry training in here to) whilst taking strength to 68 then move onto SA's.

if you want a gunslinger you will want to start off with throwing/strength whilst taking throwing to 73 then train either strength/carry or strength(and stock up on STs) then take str to 73 then train vision/conf and take vision to 68 then train conf/stam whilst taking conf to 68 or 61 (i would go 68 tho) then traing speed/agility whilst moving on to SA's.
