2. Speed to 72-cap while intense training in vision/agility
3. Vision to 60-cap while intense training in agility/stamina
4. Agility to 68-cap while intense training in strength/carrying
5. Strength to 48-cap while intense training in confidence/carrying
6. Confidence to 48-cap while normal training in carrying (or whatever you feel you need in either intense or normal)
