I'm training agility and vision atm but i cant seem to find a team. Is he good enough or should I retire?

It's not that bad, you could have stayed more focused with you caps, but he's def not unsignable.

Advice:

Finish bringing speed to 68.

bring agility to 60 at least, preferably 68.

Then start getting your vision up.

And stop adding SAs for now. When I see a player under level 30 with 3s and 4s in SAs, it's an automatic do not sign.
