Not bad. SA for LB are not that great so adding one like that is a good idea.
Only other thing would be to find a piece with make tackle chance.

Phew...
Just rolled a +1 str/+1 SV piece, and didn't know if it was any good or not. But since I'm converting my LOLB to a MLB, I figured it couldn't be that bad... Good thing I kept it.

It's pretty rare to get SV with a good +attribute on it. Almost always worth keeping. I don't really think it's necessary to have 2.

I agree. While my LB has 1 SV and 1 SDC combined with Jack Hammer, he seems to be rocking it. He is playing LOLB primarily but I wouldnt really change the AEQ's if I were inside. Perhaps only to switch SDC to Defense General or something of the sort.

on my LOLB right now i have 2 pieces of SV but i just rolled a SDC piece with better extras. should i have one of each????

Do you play in a zone defense or man? If zone, definitely keep SV. If you ever plan to play in a zone, keep the SV.
