What you will get:
-Peewees will all get max salary / bonus upon signing.
-Peewees will have various (activity checks) throughout the season which will increase your salary to max if you pass it. The activity check is as simple as posting on the forum in the check post.
-Peewees will each get $20000 for EQ fund.
-Peewees will get a bonus at the end of the season with remaining money if they are keeping their player.
What is expected from you:
-You are required to open your builds to the team owner at a minimum upon joining the team.
-You are required to be active throughout the season unless you notify me via the forums or PM.
-You are required to build your player to the best of his ability for the position / role he is taking within the team.
-You are required to set tactics to hard play style and switch tactics accordingly if noted on the forum.
-You are required to buy and upgrade gear when available and specialize that in 1 attribute.
-You are encouraged to boost when asked to but not required.
-You are encouraged to buy CEQ which specializes one attribute.
While it is said above that boosting is not required, boosting will have no effect on you in the peewee franchise (you will not be cut if you choose to not boost).
