I am slow building a LB which I am hoping can fit in perfectly as a starting LB for a Pee-Wee squad.

I am investing in him big time, and will boost all players at the end of the season or before playoffs if we make it. I will be buying custom EQ for all. So, I am looking to get PT for max exp for all if possible. Plus I want to know what the word is on regular EQ for lvl 1 and lvl 8? Is the team going to purchase it for the players?
