Standout Southeast Asia Pro League reciever Stong PimpHand was identified today by local law enforcement officials as a primary instigator of a riot early this morning on Soy 6 that led to the injury of 3 bar girls, 5 Farong and a group of German tourists and lady boys.
Although not suspected of any activity that is technically illegal, authrorities would like to question PimpHand for his role in a scheme to "make it rain ping pong balls" which quickly escalated out of hand when over 1200 bar girls rushed the streets to collect and redeem some of the estimated 10,000 ping pong balls.
