I'm looking for a starting job on a 42 cap team that's primed for a championship. My sense, looking over the other QBs here, is that almost none of them have the build that this one has. Obviously, he boosts, has CE. Paying for level 48 EQ would be nice, but I understand if you can't completely afford it.
