What isn't there to say about this guy?
He's incredible at returning when given the chance. My old owner refused to let him return despite (easily) having the highest return averages on the team. He'd use him as a CB instead. It worked because of his return stats - he was fast, and quick, and could see well, so he would rack up pass deflections, but he was underutilized.
I want this guy to be a team's return man. That's it. Save his energy for special teams. He will do wonders for any owner who is smart enough to use him right. I'm tired of him getting stuck on teams lead by 12 year olds, so I am going to insist on a personal message coming with every contract offer.
Any offer sent without a personal message will not be considered.
I don't mean to come off like a jerk, but I'm just too fed up with landing on teams with absolutely no direction. He's too good of a returner to be playing CB...
