NT:
Agi & Str low for a lvl 39; whats with the blocking? Is he STs? It will be difficult to make up for the early inefficiences. At this point I'd get agi up another cap.

DE:
Spd/Agi again seem low for a 36. I'd finish 4th caps on spd/agi, and cap tackling. Maybe 2 to vision to second cap, but I wouldn't prioritize that at this point.

CB:
Agi to 4th cap, vision to 3rd or 4th. Train up con.

LB: Is he a coverage LB? Either way, I'd reverse your eq, and start working vision to second cap. If your goal is MLB, you want Str/Tck to be at least third caps too.

DE2: Spd to 4th, may as well 4th str too. train tackling as it desperately needs a cap or two.

DT/NT: Agi to 4th, and probably 5th.

CB (Kay)
Agi second cap, cap vision, then agi to fourth, vision to third.

I laid off the QB and HB because I don't know those positions very well.

Blocking seemed to help him with getting through blocks. Probably will not be adding anymore to it. But I've noticed a big difference once I started putting points into blocking. His hurries increased from 22 total between all of his previous seasons combined to 42 this season alone. I've read several times that blocking helps defensive line players when breaking out of blocks. So I tested it and in my opinion it works.

DE:
Spd/Agi again seem low for a 36. I'd finish 4th caps on spd/agi, and cap tackling. Maybe 2 to vision to second cap, but I wouldn't prioritize that at this point. I've retired him. He wasn't my best DE.

CB:
Agi to 4th cap, vision to 3rd or 4th. Train up con. Will definitely do this. Thanks

DE2: Spd to 4th, may as well 4th str too. train tackling as it desperately needs a cap or two. Strength is just below the 5-1 cap so it's not too far away. Speed is at the same spot as Strength. Thanks. Tackling isn't a priority right now as he's only missed 2 tackles his entire career but will be working on it once I get Speed, Strength and Vision where i want them. Thanks though.

DT/NT: Agi to 4th, and probably 5th. Agility is not too far off the 5-1 cap right now. Will keep working on it.

CB (Kay)
Agi second cap, cap vision, then agi to fourth, vision to third. Will do this definitely. Just changed his training from Catching/Vision to Agility/Vision. He was the KR/PR for his last team so I was getting his catching up.Thanks.

I laid off the QB and HB because I don't know those positions very well. Thanks for being honest.

My only comment is don't forget that tack is a primary for DE. If you plan on pushing it past first cap, it's best to cap it as soon as your other majors are done.

Also, even if a Dlineman doesn`t miss many tackles it`s still worth getting tackling higher as it also increases your player`s tackling radius, which means you`ll attempt tackles from further away. It also makes your player more of a percieved threat to the ball carrier which will result in him taking a longer route to get past you

Didn't know it had that effect. Thanks. Will cap it ASAP.

Strength is maybe the 4th most important stat on a QB - Throwing, Vision, Confidence should all be in their 60s+ long before Strength.

Well he was my first attempt at a QB. As you see, I usually tend to stick with Defensive players. I just adjusted his training to Vision/Confidence.
