I have a LB that missed almost 50% of his tackles, I cant figure out why. Speed, agility, strength, vision, and tackling all close if not higer than the 4th cap w/o equipment. He plays on balance tackling. Any ideas as to why this is occuring so much? Confidence and stamina almost to second cap.

If powerbacks are a problem, David vs Goliath is a solid choice. If he is getting juked, he probably needs more agility and Sure Tackler.
