He has a full train bar in speed but I am unsure if I want to keep raising speed or stop where it's at. This will put him around 130+ speed with equip by 56, but I may want to shoot for 140.

Looking for a team moving to a cap 34 league, that can guarantee full playing time.

I will probably never spend sp in anything but speed or agl. (I might take SA's to 4 base to give him 10/10 in RR and QC, but that's it)

Team made playoffs last season despite having a team thrown together last minute last year. Over half the team were non boosting agents (who all have been replaced or will be day 42). active forum, great owner and a OC who has been a OC since season 1.

The team is part of a 5 team organization with teams in Pee Wee, Lvl 13 cap, lvl 24 cap, lvl 30 cap, lvl 34 cap, USA AA and USA AAA

3 of the 5 teams made playoffs. 1 of the 2 teams who didnt was basically a CPU team, and the USA AAA finished 8-8 despie just moving up to AAA ball.
