After nine seasons, six playoffs appearances, and one league championship, the Surabaya Heroes will be shutting down at the conclusion of Season 12. Over the past few seasons, I haven't had the time or energy to devote to the increasingly complex and time-consuming responsibilities of running the team, especially in coordinating our offense and even recruiting to fill open positions. I've tried to ease the workload by bringing in OCs, but we just haven't been able to find anyone who could step in long-term and keep us competitive. Running a GLB team became more of a chore than a game, and when that happens, it's definitely not worth continuing.
