I am not trying to be a dick here, but this build will not succeed. You need to retire this guy and create a new FS.

Lose the SA's, don't add any SA's until about level 45. Cap (68-74) your agility / vision / speed as soon as you can. My cap order with my lvl 33 FS is vision to 68 / speed to 74 / still working on agility, but I will get it to 74. Lay off of that stamina, it is way too high. Never put points into stamina, just train it perodically. Also, don't worry about catching so early in your build, that can come later.

Try and find either a Superior Vision AEQ, or a Change Direction AEQ, if you can find both your FS will be money.

Start off like that, and your FS will be miles ahead of your current guy by the same level.

My first FS was much different than my second. I actually think my first one is build better than my second, but my first still has alot of fixing to do. I would say 61 cap speed and agility, while training jumping/vision.

If I retire this guy, what happens to all the money and 210 flex points I will get once I sell off his items? Is there really no saving this build?

I'd retire. The 2 in every SA including Shutdown Coverage makes this build not worth the time and effort to fix it.

You will recieve 70% of your flex back, and the players money will retire with him.

The initial 200 flex for creating him is returned 100% though.

You'll get 200 FP + 70% of your boost FPs. Also try to get 8s in throwing, punting and kicking. There is only 3 attributes you can get an 8 in for a FS so you have better chance than other positions where there are 4 or 5 useless attributes.
