Actually I'd go ahead and second cap agility before completing strength.

I'd second cap strength before you roll over the cap, second cap agility, fourth cap strength, fourth cap agility, while training speed, stamina, and confidence. After agility I'd look into soft capping those three you've been training, starting with whatever was highest, then after soft capping all three you can consider spending in SAs.
