I have managed to get one offense and one defense input with the suggested builds and that game is set up to sim on the test server. It will be running with basic settings initially to get a baseline for all the passes and then I can start adjusting the offense and defense to be more pee wee once this has done.

For those wishing to help you can post comments in here and also if you have any suggestions for offense and defense to be added and what they should be doing then post those here too. I suggest that we keep the defensive attacks quite basic to avoid overpowering the passing though.

I think about 80% of pee wee ball has 2 blizers on the outside either Cbs or SS/FS unless they playing a 4 CB set then its CBs. If there is any pressure this is where it usually comes from on D. So a standard 4-3 with the FS and SS on the line next to the Cbs and blitz them would be a great measuring stick.
For Qbs I would go 100 lofty and -50 open man or close to it.
WRs and TEs I would just use what their basically set at beside Run block orf course

Plays that should work vs the blizing outside corners are any come back routes. Also the TE flankers are good since the Lbs have so much field to cover. Double slants and crossing routes are good as well. Also in a single back formation most stick a FS between the two Corners on the defensive right side and blitz the FS. There are a couple of singleback plays that should be a 60-70% completion rate since the Wrs are one on one and on one play they even get open a ton yet the QB never completes it. Maybe someone knows which one I am talking about, I cant look it up at the moment on this pc. Also the FB flare plays hardly ever works, would love to see this play get beefed as it could really exploit the blitzing corners. In real life the QB holds the ball until the last minute even with pressure. That is how a screen is supposed to work. In GLB they hold the ball get pressure and throw blind folded. The QB knows where the HB/FB is supposed to be so pressure shouldnt have any effect on a screen play.

yeah but if passing is working, teams will be less likely to blitz the DBs

Make DCs work for a change and not use the same defense all season.

Something else to watch for is the contrast between a STR/Catching WR and the Speed/AGI build for a CB. Just because the CB has 60+ speed with EQ doesn't mean he should be able to cover a WR with capped STR, 35 speed, and capped catching, especially if it's tight coverage at the line and the CB's strength is around 20-25. The WR should be able to basically push him down and then he's wide open on a go route or a quick slant. If you fix this, it forces the defense to keep the safeties back. The plays won't go for TD's because the WR isn't fast enough to break it 50 yards, but that's not what a possession WR is supposed to do. He's supposed to move the chains.

A ton of people have adjusted by building CB's to stop the run (higher strength), but this should still be an exploit. Plus, it gives the offense an option of building a speed WR to try and get behind the CB or just the possession guy.

Wow, two things jump out at me watching several plays quickly.

1. Outstanding start completing practically everything and then the wheels fell off for a stretch.
2. Coverage is way to soft. I haven't seen a Pee Wee WR that open 10 times this season.

I like seeing more completions though.

Energy, morale and repeat play penalty were turned off so that is a red flag. I will run another sim to compare.

All defense should be set to -100 no cushion IMO, this takes the gap away and make the WR get seperation from either speed or strength.

I'm thinking 25 of 52 is more realistic. 29 of 82 is only a slight improvement.

I agree 100%. That's why I posted that I haven't seen a WR that open more than 10 times all season. Everyone has the coverage slider set to be as tight as possible. Completing passes to a WR with that much space doesn't really help us know if it's getting better.
