What is better? I have the CD piece now but could swap it our for the SV...Neither has anything extra to go along with it so I don't think either is fantastic - just wondering thx

Id stick with CD. Unless you plan on getting 2 pieces of SV. Dont know why you would want to do that though since the SA in the tree are much better and you'll get a bigger return with aeq and points in those SAs.

I just found a +1 Change Direction + 3 strength AEQ.
Should I keep trying to find better SAs? are there actually many other better SAs then CD for a DE that I'm trying to get more sacks on?
If so what should I keep looking out for if you wouldn't personally want Change Direction yourself?

with +3 str that AEQ is worth it already, +1 CD just made it a more simpler choice. CD is very underrated because it made sure your DE doesn't change a beat when coming around the LT/RT to the QB.
Oh, and it's been proven a few seasons ago that Superior Vision doesn't work well on DEs, it's a very old thread.
